Overload is a non-profit event, organised by an entirely voluntary group, the Overload Committee, in conjunction with over 60 other volunteers. Thanks to the passion of our wonderful volunteer staff, and dedication to our local community, we have been successfully running Overload since 2006.
This non-profit, volunteer-run structure has enabled us to provide low registration costs for artists and host international feature events. Our previous generous sponsors have provided amazing services, allowing us to create fun events and prizes for popular competitions. Currently, we are looking for sponsors who can assist us by improving staging, inviting more guests, and presenting high-quality feature events.
Sponsoring Overload is an effective way to enhance your brand image and engage with the New Zealand anime and manga community. There are many ways to become a sponsor of Overload 2025.
Prize Sponsors
Overload hosts fun and interactive competitions such as Overload Art Competition, Overload Cosplay Competition. Sponsors of prizes are well acknowledged at prize-giving ceremonies, certificate awards, on social media campaigns, and on the Overload website.

Service Sponsors
We are always looking for companies and professionals who can provide excellent services, such as photography and printing. Potential clients will experience your brand and service firsthand in a vibrant convention setting.
